Welcome Marga !
Margarida Maria, « Marga », has been our favorite waitress over the last few years at the restaurant “la Terrasse du Churrasco” close to our factory until she explained us her will to switch careers and asking us if we had open positions at Osborn Metals.
At first seduced by her professional care, we have found out on her resume an experience as worker as boat mechanics in Portugal in the past. Strengthened by her professional commitments and an endless energy, Marga has logically been integrated in our team and she is working on cold drawing very special high precision profiles for our customer Fives Cryogenics.
Marga is today the only woman on the shopfloor, but we sincerely hope that her story will motivate other female candidates because we tell you that : metalworking is not reserved to men !
