Tubes for cycling and leisure

For high end applications, Osborn metals has leveled up the limits of the 15CDV6 steel with a special cold drawing, quenching and tempering sequence to obtain Rm ≥ 1200 Mpa.

Despite a very high tensile strength, the high elongation coefficient gives a good bending capability.

Tubes are delivred in linished condition.

The GTV900 tubes are based on a 25CD4S aerosapce quality steel which is cold drawn, quenched and tempered to obtain Rm ≥ 900 Mpa.

The higher Yield and Tensile strengths compared to GTV7500 give the possibility to use thiner tubes for the same fatigue resistance.
Tubes are delivred in linished condition.

The GTV750 has the same characteristics as GT750, ie a 25CD4S aerosapce quality steel which is cold drawn and stress relived.

Thanks to a very high elongation coefficient, the tubes can be easily bended and they can be easily welded.
